From precision CNC milling to field-deployed line boring to compact equipment repair — Axiom handles work that most shops have to turn away or send out. Every service line runs through the same documented quality system.

CNC Machining

Axiom CNC Vertical Machining Center with high-speed spindle and precision tool and part probing. Precision milled parts in aluminum, steel, stainless, and plastics. Reverse-engineered and digitized parts from worn or obsolete originals, plus one-off prototypes for testing and fit. Every part dimensionally verified and documented.

Manual Machining

Custom parts, repair components, fixtures, and one-off work that CNC setup time cannot justify. Hands-on manual milling and turning for jobs that need a machinist's judgment as much as a program — odd geometries, obsolete parts, and field-measured fits where no two jobs are quite the same.

Engine Repair & Rebuild

In-shop engine repair, top-end service, and complete rebuilds on gasoline and diesel engines. Every teardown measurement recorded. Every torque value logged. You receive a complete rebuild traveler — your maintenance record.

Hydraulic Repair

Cylinders, pumps, motors, valves, manifolds, and hydraulic power units. Bore measurement, honing, OEM seal kit installation, and pressure testing to rated working pressure. Bore measurements and pressure test results documented on every job.

Portable Line Boring

We come to your equipment. Pin bore restoration on excavators, dozers, loaders, agricultural equipment, trucks, and industrial machinery — at your job site. Pre and post bore measurements documented. Customer sign-off on site.

Welding & Fabrication

MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. Structural fabrication, repair welding, equipment modification, and cast iron repair. Visual inspection to AWS D1.1 criteria on every structural weld.

Powersports Repair

ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, motorcycles, personal watercraft, and snowmobiles. All makes and models. Diagnosis-first approach — we tell you what is wrong and what it will cost before we start.

Compact & Utility Equipment Repair

Skid steers, mini excavators, telehandlers, ATVs, UTVs, and small tractors. All makes and models. Diagnosis-first approach — we tell you what is wrong and what it will cost before we start.

Axiom Machine Fab and Repair LLC is owned and operated by Tippa "Heath" Blanchard — a 35-year heavy equipment and rotating machinery industry veteran who built his career from entry-level mechanic to senior industry professional through years of demonstrated competence. That path taught lessons about accountability, documentation, and operational discipline that cannot be learned any other way.

Axiom brings that discipline to the shop floor. Every job runs through a documented quality management system aligned to ISO 9001:2015. You receive paperwork — measurements, torques, test results, and sign-offs — because your equipment and your maintenance records deserve documentation, not just a repair.

Field Service

Portable Line Boring — We Come to You

Standard field service radius is 200 miles from Southeast Louisiana. Extended service up to 500 miles is available by arrangement — when no local alternative exists and your equipment cannot move, Axiom will come to you. Mobilization quoted separately on every field job.
